From Homeless To Helping

In Oakland, homeless is a huge problem, just like many other places in America. So one non-profit has come up with a great idea to house people. It’s creating communities of Tuff Sheds. Two people live in each shed. The community has toilets, running water, and electricity. A mobile shower comes by too. I got to speak to Jakeri Bawcum, one of the community cabins manager, who used to be homeless herself but now helps those in need.
